The Limited Lifetime Guarantee for all Benchmark rings purchased in this website after August 31, 2013 will be honored through GoldenMine's Lifetime Guarantee on Benchmark brand rings.
This guarantee on Benchmark brand rings will cover the following:
- Refinishing from normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for chipped stones due to normal wear and tear.
- Resizing if your finger size changes. We will either resize or replace your ring to fit your new finger size. Extra fees may apply if extra material needs to be added.
This Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen jewelry and ONLY applies to rings by Benchmark bought at GoldenMine.com.
How To Use:
- Call our customer service at (888) 223-7056 during business hours and mention your order number. No other retailer will be able to provide you with these services.
- Ship your ring back to GoldenMine at 606 S. Hill St., Ste 409, Los Angeles, CA 90014 with your RMA# written on the outside part of the box. Follow any additional instructions that may have been giving during the call. Be sure to insure this shipment as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- When your ring gets fixed, we will send the ring back to you to enjoy.
Please Note: Registering your ring through Benchmark's website will not apply. - This guarantee will be voided on Benchmark jewelry that have been purchased or ordered in the incorrect finger size or if the finger size changes before the ring has been delivered. - Postage to ship rings back for fixing is the customer's responsibility. - We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time without notice and/or refuse the guarantee.
