|Q: How long does it take to ship out my order?|
|A: The majority of our items ship out within one (1) business day. GoldenMine offers items that are made-to-order and special-order items, which can take 3 to 10 business days to process. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out based on the method you selected. Please note that delivery time excludes processing time. |
For example, if you place an order for an item that ships within 3 days (processing time) before 10am on a business day and select 2nd-Day Air shipping method, the maximum amount of days your item will be delivered would be 5 business days.
|Q: Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?|
|A: No, for security reasons, you will be unable to change the shipping address once you place your order. If you would like to change your address, we suggest that you request to cancel your order with Customer Service before it gets shipped and then place a new order.|
|Q: How do I obtain my tracking number?|
|A: Your package tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also retrieve your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. Once you have logged on, you will be able to update your account information, view past orders, and track orders that have shipped.|
|Q: Do you offer a return policy?|
|A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for most items. Please refer to our Return Policy page here for details.|
|Q: Do you engrave?|
|A: We do engrave most rings offered in our website. Laser and hand engraving is free for most rings (diamond jewelry or rings with 2mm width or less cannot be engraved). At this time, we are unable to engrave any other jewelry, such as bracelets and pendants. We offer two types of fonts: Block and Script. Please note that all engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.|

|A: We ship internationally to Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the United Kingdom if these orders were paid with Amazon Payments or PayPal. If you want to ship an item that is not included in this list, please contact our Customer Service department to inquire if we can fulfill your order.|
|Q: What forms of payment do you accept?|
|A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards using our secured payment system, Amazon Payments, and PayPal. We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, and wire transfers. All forms of payment must be in US currency. Cashier's checks, money orders, and wire transfers must be drawn out of a US bank and cleared before we can ship your order. |Q: Why are you not accepting my credit card / debit card?|
|A: Your credit or debit card may not be accepted at checkout for various reasons. These reasons include yet not limited to the following:

- Since a large number of fraudulent jewelry orders exist, your bank or financial institution may be strict with jewelry purchases. For your protection, they may block these types of orders.

- You may have a Fraudulent Protective service enabled on your credit / debit card, and as mentioned above, credit card companies receive a large number of fraudulent jewelry orders. Because you are purchasing a jewelry item, that service may block your order for your protection.
What you can do: Check to see if you have this service. You may or may not be aware that you have this service activated in your account. Then contact your credit or debit card company to allow you to make this purchase.
|Q: What can I do if I'm having issues entering an active promo code when using Checkout by Amazon payment method?|
|A: You can go ahead and place your order using Checkout by Amazon, and then email Customer Service with your order number and promo code before your order ships. One of our representatives will credit your order according to the promo/promotion code you provide. Then you will receive an email confirming that we applied the discount. PLEASE NOTE: You must contact our Customer Service department before your order ships out, so we suggest that you email us your order number and promo code soon after you make your purchase. You MUST include the promo code in order to get the discount, or we will be unable to give you the discount even if you describe the promotion and not mention the promo code. Manually applying a discount ONLY applies to customers who use Checkout by Amazon to pay for their orders.

|Q: Does GoldenMine.com charge sales tax on purchases?|
|A: For orders shipping within California, we do charge sales tax. Currently, the rate is 9.75%. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of California. Canada, Puerto Rico, and other international orders are subject to customs fees.|
|Q: How do I find out my ring size?|
|A: We strongly recommed going to a jeweler in your area to obtain your ring size. Please keep in mind that ring widths (the wider the ring, the tighter the fit) and fits (comfort fit vs. standard fit) will make a difference in sizing. We suggest to first find a style you like on our site, review the item information, and try the rings on. If you are not able to follow these suggestions, keep in mind that we do have a 30-day return policy.|

|A: We do not make or design custom jewelry. However, we have access to almost every style of jewelry available. Please contact our Customer Service department with a description of what you are looking for. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.|

|A: Most of our fine gold jewelry is imported directly from the largest manufacturers around the world into our warehouse. Without the cost of multiple storefronts, inventory, and sales people, we can pass on our savings onto you, the valued customer. Dealing directly with renowned manufacturers such as Benchmark Rings and Dora Rings allows to eliminate the "middle man," resulting in lower prices for you.|
|Q: Is your gold jewelry real?|
|A: All of our stated 10K-18K gold jewelry is made with genuine gold and manufactured to strict quality standards. We clearly state the type of gold in each product page. Non-plated gold jewelry will have a hallmark to indicate the type of gold (10K, 14K, 18K) and authenticity. The origins of our gold items include the US, Italy, Korea, and other sources of quality gold. We do not sell ANY gold-plated/overlayed/filled items unless specifically stated in the product page.|
|Q: Are your diamonds conflict free?|
|A: Yes, all of our diamonds used in our jewelry selections are conflict free. We only work with vendors and suppliers who are screened and affiliated with the Kimberley Process.|

|A: No, the product pictures you see in our website are not true to size. They may be enlarged to show the details of the jewelry items, or they may be decreased to fit the website. However, we do list the approximate dimensions for each item in the product pages. Please refer to this information to get an idea of the sizes.
If the measurements are in millimeters (mm) and you want to get a better idea of how that item will look in person, use one of these two methods:
- Click on the "Width" link to see our helpful width guide in terms of dimes and nickels. This link can also be found in the "Item Information" section of the product pages.
- Multiply that size by 0.039 to figure out that size in inches. For example, 5mm = 0.197 inches or 1/5 inch approximately.

|A: We list approximate weights and dimensions, and they are accurate +/- 10%.|
