While our state will fully reopen soon, some of our suppliers may be in areas that have stay-at-home orders and/or are still experiencing the effects of the pandemic, which may last until next year. These effects mean that we will be temporarily offering a limited amount of jewelry items. Shop our current jewelry selections here.
Shopping: As mentioned earlier, some of our suppliers are still experiencing limitations due to the pandemic, so we are able to process a limited selection of jewelry items. Click here to see our current jewelry offerings. Customers can still place orders for all other items, and we will process and ship them as soon as they become available. If you placed an order for items that are not in the current offerings page and would like to cancel, please email us.
Customer Service: Our customer service hours are back to normal. Customers can contact us by phone during our regular business hours from 10am to 2pm PT as well as by email. Visit our Customer Service page for more information.
Shipping: Similar to above, we are shipping out a limited selection of jewelry purchases. Some of our shipping carriers are still experiencing moderate delays, and we highly recommend selecting 2-Day or Next-Day Air shipping to receive your order faster.
Returns & Exchanges: Our 30-day return policy was restored on May 18, 2020. If you contacted us about a return or exchange beforehand, we will contact (or already have contacted) you to let you know that you can now mail your item/s back to us. Please be sure to include your RMA# in your shipment. If you would like to return or exchange your order, contact Customer Service to receive your RMA#. Health & Safety: Our customers and employees' safety is a top concern for us. Please be assured that we are complying with our state's guidelines, which includes, yet not limited to, the following: maintaining social distancing, wearing facial coverings, taking regular temperature checks, and having hand sanitizing stations.
