We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. No purchase is charged to your credit card until we ship your products.
You can safely enter your credit card number through the following methods:
- Amazon Payments
- PayPal with confirmed shipping addresses
- Our Secure Server, which encrypts all submitted information. Furthermore, much like conventional retail establishments, we protect your credit card information and do not provide it to any other organizations. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Choose which option you would like to use in the Cart page. For faster processing, use Amazon Payments or PayPal payment methods.
For international orders, we only accept PayPal.
Authorizing Debit Cards and Credit Cards
Because financial institutions are more strict when approving jewelry purchases, it is not uncommon for debit and credit card authorization requests to fail once or twice before the payments get approved, especially for debit card users. We will send you an e-mail if we experience any difficulties in authorizing your purchase. If you continue to experience issues, you can try one of the following:
- Use another credit card, Amazon Payments, or PayPal to place your order.
- Contact your bank or credit card company to allow your transaction to go through.
If none of those options work out, contact our Customer Service department.
