You will need an email address and password to set up a shopping account on GoldenMine.com. This account is free and incurs no obligation.

Shopping at GoldenMine.com is secure. Our secure servers will encrypt your information. Your personal and credit card information will be protected according to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Order Difficulties

Redeeming a promotional code
Enter the discount code at the Check Out page in the Promotional Code section on the lower left-hand side. We'll ask for your discount code when it's time to pay.

Choosing Or Removing Items
Your shopping cart allows you to select products for purchase. You'll be able to see the shopping cart on the right side of most pages. To put a product in your cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. If you're not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the product in the shopping cart detail page.

Checking Out
When you are finished shopping, you can complete your purchase by clicking the "Check Out" button. First, you'll be asked to either log-in if you're a returning customer or establish an account if you're a new customer. To establish an account you'll be asked to enter your email address, select a password, and enter your name, billing address, and telephone number. Once you have an account you simply select from the shipping options noted below and enter your credit card information. After you've entered the required information, click the "Place Order" button and your done. A new screen will appear revealing your order summary and invoice page. If you are unsure whether we have your order, you may check your order status by visiting the "My Account" area.

Our site is fully secure, which means that all information you send to us is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. To learn more about our security procedures, please review our Privacy Policy.

Verification
Sometimes, as part of the check-out process, we will ask you to verify certain information to ensure that you are the authorized holder of the credit card which is being used to purchase the products from Goldenmine.com. This procedure is designed to protect you against the fraudulent use of your credit card. If you receive a message indicating that there is a verification error, please carefully recheck the information you have entered to make sure it conforms to the requested information. If you continue to experience a problem, please contact us.

Also, you might be using a browser that is not supported by GoldenMine.com. At the moment, we do not support Netscape or Opera.

Shipping Options
In the Checkout pages you will also have the option of choosing your shipping method (and view the shipping rates for your destination) and/or including a message to the recipient of a gift purchase. To learn more about our shipping rates, please see our Shipping Information page. On the Billing & Shipping Information page you will also have the option of setting up additional "Ship-to" addresses in case you wish to have your order delivered somewhere other than your home. Once you enter the additional address, you'll be able to simply choose it as your "Ship-to" address in the future and speed through the ordering process. Please Note: If shipping to a different address your order will be held for verification.

Status of an Order
GoldenMine.com customers can check their order status by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT section on the upper right hand side of the homepage. There you can simply click on ORDER STATUS and find out what's happening with your order.

Please note that you will have to log into the site with your email address and password before you can access your ordering information. This is done to protect your security and privacy.

Shipping Time Frame
Most orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

You will be emailed with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Our standard procedure is to ship an order with the items that are available to ship.

Order By Phone
Our representatives are ready to take your order weekdays, 10:00am - 2:00pm Pacific Time except during major US holidays such as New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Call toll-free 1-888-223-7056 and charge your order using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. For faster processing and verification, we highly recommend placing your order online and use Amazon Payments or PayPal as your payment method.

Order By Mail
If you would rather pay by check or money order, please submit your order online and you may send your payment. (Please, do not send cash through the mail.) Be sure to include the following information:

  • First and Last name
  • E-mail Address so we may provide you with shipping information about your order and also a confirmation that your payment has been received.
  • Address, city, state, zip, daytime and evening phone numbers
  • Item # as it appears on the website.
  • Size: (If ordering an item that requires a specific length or ring size)
  • Quantity desired
  • Shipping method

Accepted Payments
We currently only accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Checkout by PayPal, and Amazon Payments. No purchase is charged to your credit card until we ship your products.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Furthermore, much like conventional retail establishments, we protect your credit card information and do not provide it to any other organizations.

Money orders are accepted for mail-in orders ONLY.

We're sorry, but we currently do not accept checks.
