| This was a Valentine's gift for a friend. She loved the 18" chain and the size of the clasp and loop closure. Overall a very good item. My issues are with packaging and customer service. Necklaces should come in a box appropriate for their size. This came in a bracelet box. Minor yes, but it make a difference when presented as a gift. Secondly, I spoke to a representative before the purchase to determine which country this item came from. He told me it is made in the USA, but it is marked as being from Italy. Again, not a big deal, but it seems like they should know before giving bad information. My friend is happy so, that's good, but I'm unlikely to order here again. |

| My boyfriend didn?t have a chain and I found no other chain perfect for him than this Figaro. I really loved the service, they gave me more information on the chain before I bought it. unfortunately I received a broken chain, but within a very short time I got it replaced. |
