Q: How long does it take to ship out my order?
A: The majority of our items ship out within one (1) business day. offers items that are made-to-order as well as special order items, which can take from 3 to 10 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out based on the method you have selected.
Q: How do I obtain my tracking number?
A: Your package tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also retrieve your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. Once you have logged on, you will be able to update your account information, view past orders, and track orders that have shipped.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day trial period. If you wish to exchange or return an item for a full refund, Please contact us for a RMA# at (888) 223-7056 or (213) 223-7611 within our operational hours of Monday thru Friday from 10:00am - 4:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) or you can email us at

Our Returns/Exchanges Department will get back to you with RMA instructions emailed to the address provided with your order. Please make sure that the RMA# is clearly visible on the packaging. Any items returned that's past our 30 day Return Policy or without a visible RMA number will be refused and not processed. It's important for us to process your Return/Exchange correctly and promptly.

All returns must not exhibit signs of excessive wear or mistreatment to be acceptable for a refund or an exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than GoldenMine will not be accepted. Special/Custom orders which include engraved items or custom sizes are non-returnable, non-refundable, Some custom brand named manufactured items such as Dora may have a 15% restocking fee, which is written in BOLD in the item description. Please order the correct size at the time of original purchase.

For security reasons, do not write, or other Jewelry-related words on your return/exchange package and also not to disclose the contents when insuring the package. GoldenMine is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs with items that are shipped back to us to be processed as a return or exchange. We highly recommend you insure your package.

If your item is INCORRECT or DAMAGED upon delivery, we will refund up to $8 for the shipping back cost.

Q: Do you engrave?
A: We do engrave most items offered on our website. We offer two types of fonts: Block and Script. Engraving is free for most gold rings (diamond items or rings with 2mm width cannot be engraved). We also offer laser engraving for most of our tungsten and titanium rings. Laser engraving is $30.00. Please note that all engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: Standard UPS Ground shipping is free for all orders over $100, excluding tax. All orders under $100 are subject to a $5.99 UPS Ground shipping fee. Ground shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. We also offer 2nd Business Day Air for $12.99. Orders over $200 qualify for free 2nd Business Day Air shipping. We do ship Next Business Day Air for $24.99 (does not include Saturday delivery). Please keep in mind the availabilty of an item when choosing a shipping method.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship internationally to Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia. All international express shipping costs $54.95. The costs for orders shipping to Canada are $19.95 for UPS Standard (7-10 business days) or $54.95 for UPS Worldwide Express. We also ship to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. The cost for shipping to Puerto Rico is $19.99 for 2nd Business Day Air and $29.99 for Next Business Day Air. Shipping to the US Virgin Islands is $54.95. Please note that is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that you may incur. Customs and duty fees are based on the purchase price of the item and are usually 10-15% extra. Please check with your local country for exact rates.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. All forms of payment must be in US currency. Checks must be drawn out of a US bank. Checks and money orders must cleared before we can ship your order. If you wish to mail in a check or money order for payment, you can send it to the following address: Attn: Orders 606 South Hill Street, Suite 409 Los Angeles, CA 90014 We also offer a wire transfer option. You can place an order with and transfer the funds from your checking or savings account for payment. Wire transfer information will be provided once an order has been submitted.
Q: Does charge sales tax on purchases?
A: For orders shipping in California, we do charge sales tax. Currently, the rate is 9.75 %. There is no sales tax for orders shipping outside of California. Canada and Puerto Rico orders are subject to customs fees.
Q: How do I find out my ring size?
A: We strongly recommed going to a jeweler in your area to obtain your ring size. Please keep in mind that ring widths (the wider the ring, the tighter the fit) and fits (comfort fit vs. standard fit)will make a difference in sizing. We suggest to first find a style you like on our site, review the item information, and try the rings on. If you are not able to follow these suggestions, keep in mind that we do have a 30-day return policy.
Q: Do you make or design custom jewelry?
A: We do not make or design custom jewelry. However, we have access to almost every style of jewelry available. Please contact the sales department at or call us at 1-888-223-7056 with a description of what you are looking for. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: Do you price match with other sites?
A: We currently do not price match with other sites, but we are confident that will offer a lower priced and higher quality item than other competitors on the internet.
Q: How can you offer quality jewelry at low prices?
A: Most of our fine gold jewelry is imported directly from the largest manufacturers around the world into our warehouse. Without the cost of multiple storefronts, inventory, and sales people, we can pass on our savings onto you, the valued customer. Dealiing directly with renowned manufacturers such as Benchmark Rings and Dora Rings allows to eliminate the "middle man," resulting in lower prices for you.
Q: Is your gold jewelry solid?
A: All of our gold jewelry is solid gold and manufactured to strict quality standards. We state clearly for each item the type of gold, item dimensions, and approximate weight. Weights are accurate +/- 10%. The origins of our gold items include the US, Italy, Korea, and other sources of quality gold. We do not sell ANY gold plated items unless specifically stated.
