Ordered this ring, had it engraved, only to get it and have it not fit my wife's hand. Had to return it and get it resized. No problems really with returning the item and I got it back quickly. Absolutely love the ring or I wouldn't have gone to the trouble of replacing it.

My boyfriend didn?t have a chain and I found no other chain perfect for him than this Figaro. I really loved the service, they gave me more information on the chain before I bought it. unfortunately I received a broken chain, but within a very short time I got it replaced.
